Great location Great helpful staff Cool modern touch

Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby discussing internal issues within the hotel. It was obvious the TV was going to interrupt his staff meeting. This hotel has everything backwards. The guest must always first and all staff/internal meetings should never take place in the hotel lobby or any guest common areas. The guest LAST mentality continued throughout our stay. It seems to be part of the culture here. Be aware that the staff is more important here than the guests.

It's a fully computerized hotel where you do your own check-in and check out difficult to connect to the TV in the room otherwise there was OK it would be better if it had a swimming pool and an exercise around

Everything was well presented, the location was good, and the staff were all very helpful.

Great location and excellent staff. The rooms are quite small, but that's to be expected and was not a surprise. The hotel is clean, convenient, and well-situated for exploring the area. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Snack and dinner options were made poorly on one occasion. However, the staff made things right after speaking with the chef.

Location was good but building was kind of old.

It is a new property. Location is excellent. Bar excellent. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended Excellent value!

This is a very modern hotel that is well situated near wonderful restaurants and transportation, making it easy to travel to cultural destinations. There is a lovely restaurant but no room service, light housekeeping upon request, and no iron/ironing board in the room. Be prepared for a self-sufficient experience!
