The pictures of the hotel don’t match the property it’s tired, dated and needs a major refurbishing. Having stayed in 2 other hotels in Hanoi on this trip this was worst wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return much nicer places to stay.

No air con in the rooms. Rooftop bar was very uninspiring, breakfast was served at another hotel down the road. staff were on their phones all the time , generally unclean hallways & elevator. Hoover sat on the staircase which no good for health and safety or a fire escape!

Great Location, very central to shopping markets and beer street. Quiet hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side. Lovely Staff very helpful! Bar has a good range of drinks.

The staff were all very helpful the location to Old Town is outstanding walking distance to the lake it is simply one of the best location I have stayed in in Hanoi. Although on a busy Rd there is little noise. A little touch up of paint here and there would not go astray. The bar staff upstairs at the rooftop bar were extremely friendly and the drinks presented good value for money.
