極佳 What a great location. Staff was incredibly helpful Cindy & Ann, went on a 2 day cruise. They held my luggage and gave me a room to shower and rest in, when I returned.I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Hanoi. Lovely people and bell boys were extremely helpful and attentive

極佳 We had such a warm welcome by all the staff and they were very helpful in supporting us with our lost airport bags.
Our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we missed one of our night's...they worked really hard calling expedia to get them to cancel our cancellation fee. They went above and beyond to help us.
It is a short walk to the lake.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
