The stay has very good location. But they need to be clean and more professional with their guests

The place is not as advertised very dirty

Room was dirty, shower grout featured black mold, the first room they tried to put me in smelled horrible they had to put me in another room which was really dirty. Just spend the extra dollars and stay at an actual hotel. When approached about the cleanliness they tried to gaslight me that "they couldn't verify the presence of the issues" even with photos! Refused a refund and stopped responding. Don't waste your money.

Definitely recommend for low class travelers going to an event.

I traveled during some flash storms and a tornado warning, causing leaks and drips all over the place. This overwhelmed the staff, and I feel they could have been supported better by property owners. Also, there was no activated protocol when the tornado warning came through, and that wasn't supportive to guests wondering where to go. Although staff was helpful and kind, it took them 24+ hours to rectify an issue I had when I first arrived. The place could use more sharpies, washcloths, activities and nearby recommendations to support solo traveling guests.

My group and I arrived a few hours past check in time and the code they sent us did not work. I had messaged and with no response I had to call. They looked into it and gave us a call five minutes later with a different code that did work. The garage seemed very safe so that was a plus. There was construction going on and we had to duck under a 2x4 blocking the door. I understand this is a shared space but there was an unpleasant smell and most areas were visibly dirty. Our room had a window but it went into opened to someone else’s bed the next room over. We were sitting on the bed and a ROACH made an appearance. If you know what you’re getting into then sure, stay there, but because the price, cleanliness, and difficulty with the code I would not stay again.

No front desk clerk like your website says, took me an hour to get keypad instructions that worked. Room wasn't cleaned yet and that was another 30 minutes. Bed and pillows were terrible and had to climb up old ass stairs to 3rd floor. 70 year old with bad knee. Don't stay here!

Extremely rude staff. Only two restrooms for the entire hotel. There is a dorm room with over 10 beds. Only one small kitchen with a small refrigerator.

I left a message about an hour before check-in as to the parking conditions. They did not call me back. They left a text, which is impossible to read while you’re driving in Chicago. I arrived to see scaffolding up in front of the building and several large males loitering around the front door. It immediately had me concerned because I am a single white female. I contacted somebody twice about parking. She assured me there was parking but after driving around and around and around for 45 minutes I gave up and just drove home. I’m very disappointed.
