Everything was updated and clean.

Loved the pool it was very clean and provided all the towels you will need at the pool. Also having the two bedrooms separated was great! Provided privacy for us. Also loved that we were able to check in without going to speak to someone we got everything through text and email. I will be returning here my next vacation!

They are currently going through a hotel remodel, wish we have known that prior to booking our stay. Once they are finished the upgrades should be better. Overall our room was clean. And staff was friendly

The water pressure could be better, besides that great place to stay everything near by Carmel is only a 10 minute drive, the aquarium is only a 7 minute drive. Really nice location wise. Beds are comfortable. Would stay again.

I loved that inside pool which I why I booked to begin with. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The walls however are so thin. I’m a light sleeper and could hear everything outside. At one point I can hear the person next door snoring.

It's no high end hotel, but it's unique and clean. The pool was not heated, which was a bummer.

Lots of guests means the hotel is maintenance well enough to the standard.

The staff were great. The room clean. Got to use the hot tub, pool is not heated. Wish the hours for the pool/hot tub was longer by the time one gets back from site seeing the facilities are closed. My low rating was because the tv was not working neither was the coffee maker. Staff were quick to respond, courteous and friendly. They are in the process of remodeling and everything looks good. Only thing missing is a lock box. I would stay again.

The late check in with Kiosk was super easy.

Easy check in, nice coffee machine!
