Excellent stay as usual.

The unit was not very clean and in need of major repairs and maintenance. The floors needed to be mopped and you can tell that the property isn’t thoroughly cleaned in between guest based on the scum stains in the shower. The property outside the unit is well kept. I brought issues to the attention of management who agreed it couldn’t be fixed until I checked out. After a few days of inconvenience I was moved to a smaller unit in a different property. Much better.

It was not cleaned - both bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. But the apartment building was nice and pool was very nice. And it’s very near the convention center

Great location for the Atlapa convention center. Easy check in. And easy to find. Close restaurants Would highly recommend.

The couch is a little worn and possibly need to be replaced but other than that this place was excellent

I loved my stay. The views were unbelievable. The Host is responsive and very accommodating. The staff was ok well never really saw them much but the place was clean. It was like your own high rise apartment with roof top pool. Totally worth it. I love the views cant stop saying it. Well worth the visit.

Before my arrival to the apartment I had asked for photos so that I would know what to expect instead I was assured that the place was up to standard. However, Upon my arrival I was disappointed in the way the bnb did not meet my expectations or looked like what was listed . When entering the place I was greeted with an awful smell that caused my partner to have an allergic reaction, along with such smell the place was infested with roaches , there were stains on almost everything, the water heater didn’t work and the air conditioning in the living room leaked . With so many disappointing factors I felt the need to leave . I reached out to the property manager via Expedia no response and when I went to the property staff downstairs instead of accommodating me with a cleaner environment they took the key and left me homeless.

Kitchen was not ready or preparedd. Two pots that were very dirty, from previous oil and grease, linen in room not properly washed. Waste of money and ruined my family vacation. I wouldn't recommend this properly to anyone for vacation
