Stay was great! Everyone was very helpful and answered every question we had. The room was clean and cleaned well daily. The amenities were great. Though we did not try the food and cannot speak on that, the minibar was stocked with the typical things for free which was nice.

Great hotel in a prime location. Room was large with a balcony and separate dressing room/closet. Walking distance from anything you could possibly want or need.

不錯獨自入住
I read reviews saying that’s where the celebrities stay so I wanted to try at least one night despite the price. Big mistake! The option of rooms offered were: big with no ac working with the heat of Europe this week or a small plain room with AC. Neither room had any view. The bedding is just ok compared to other hotels in Frankfurt. Only one restaurant and overpriced. Got my food wrong and had to redo. The gym is a joke, small and no AC, all black walls but at least open 24 hours. No pool . Spa closed.. location good for business not for tourists .Compared to the JW Marriott it was very disappointing in all categories . Wouldn’t stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location. Wonderful staff. Large spacious room. The only thing was that the AC didn’t work very well. The room was quite warm even with the AC on max.
