極佳 Outstanding stay! The Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, the best we’ve had during our trip. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt and would gladly stay here again.

極佳 The hotel itself is beautiful but the staff were amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful in every aspect with helping with our very heavy luggage to booking dinner reservations for us.
The location is fantastic for restaurants, shopping, and an evening walk along the waterfront.
Would definitely stay again!

Location was great, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had some visible wear and tear. The room had air conditioning however it did not blow any air at all. House keeping was able to provide a fan that made it bearable.

The hotel was very nice. In a great location. Very nice cocktail bar. Great breakfast buffet. Staff was good. The reason for 3 stars - basically no AC. It was sooooo hot in our room we couldn’t sleep and that was even with the AC at the highest level! I would never stay here again because of that.
