Very nice cozy hotel, near Vatican City only 13 min walking, public transportation near by also the train to transfer to other cities. Marco was very nice explaining everything. Very quiet and nice neighborhood When I come back to Rome, I will make sure to book this hotel again.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. The area is very good if you want to be close to the Vatican.

Our host was amazing—very helpful and kind! The location is excellent; you can see the Vatican from the main door.

Room & building were very nice, clean. Great location close to Vatican. St. Peter’s Basilica was visible from the window. Few minutes walk from train station. Only negative was the street noise at night that really limited our sleep- lots of loud talking outside & even construction sounds after midnight. Good for 1 night

Very clean, excellent location if you want peace and quiet. This is my fifth time in Rome, and I would come back here for the location and amenities.

The host was the kindest, most helpful woman I’ve encountered in my years of travelling. Check in was clear; contact was made by WhatsApp in advance to check my check-in times. The location: perfect, right across the street from S. Pietro station; 10 minutes from Vatican City. The guesthouse was wonderful: in essence, you have your own apartment, albeit shared. Would return on my next trip to Rome.
