Highly recommended! A+ customer service!

Staffs were so friendly, everyday the room was cleaned and excellent location.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bed was super comfortable. Walls were thin and you could hear some noise from other rooms and the street but it wasn't bad. Convenient & safe location with wifi & mini fridge, walking distance to many nice restaurants, shops, & Colosseum. Unfortunately the only negative was there was no way to lock the door from the inside--keypad only so a slight safety issue. I was there for 6 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room once though they opened the door daily, without knocking or annoucing themselves half of the times; I even asked for towels and for them to at least take the trash mid-week but I don't think they understood me and they went to a different room. But all in all I very much enjoyed my stay.

The staff were helpful in letting us print coach tickets, the hotel is in a good location with nice bakeries near by for a great start of the day, particularly Simon’s Bar, overall very nice place to stay that isn’t directly in the rush of Rome

Es un lugar céntrico, limpio y con personal amable.

Close to station and generally quite central to everything - walking distance.

This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is not offered and I am unsure as to why there is a kettle & mugs in the bedroom if no coffee, tea, milk etc is provided. Otherwise we enjoyed a perfect stay.

Excellent breakfast

The space was quite small buy centrally located to everything we needed and a great price point. Staff was awesome and had great ideas for shopping, food and taxis. We loved it. Bed was comfortable and larger than we expected.

Very central. You can walk everywhere.
