Amazing hotel, beautiful decor, perfect location, rooms spacious and very modern

Check in was straightforward and swift and the 24hr reception was needed given the time it takes to clear immigration. Our room was lovely. Clean and well appointed. It could have done with a drawer unit though. Great bathroom with walk in shower and a fancy electric toilet. We were on the front and the quad glazing was excellent and keeping the room quiet. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so we can’t comment. The bar was good though. The stag do were not that quiet at times, but thankfully they said goodbyes quickly. The spa facilities were really nice. 3 saunas and a nice compact pool. All the staff we spoke with were really helpful and spoke very good English. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay again.

A very nice hotel. Comfortable large room. Excellent shower. Ideally situated about a 10-minute walk to the main square. Only a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the main train station for a link back to the airport

The hotel was very well designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, a very large selection. I will definitely use the hotel again.

The hotel and room are very modern and beautiful. Great location and very quiet. The cleaning staff left a bit to be desired...forgot to give clean towels, forgot to refill hand soap and shower gel. The sheets were not shaken, and had our hairs left on them. Other staff were great though.

The most gorgeous hotel in a pretty central location in Krakow. Our room was huge! Super comfy bed, which is so nice after lots of walking every day. The toilet was super high tech + fancy!! The pool + sauna areas were really nice after a long day too! Open until late. Loads within walking distance of the hotel! The staff were very friendly + helpful! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!
