This is misleading as it is more a motel than a 5 -star resort. However , the staff and the services are good. The kitchen was well equipped and good amenities but it is important to describe properly the installation for guests expectation

The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. However was disappointed that when I phoned at8.30am to ask for a sachet of hot chocolate for my child, the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t bring a sachet past the room, saying that housekeeping hadn’t started for the day and she was alone at the desk. For the price I paid, I would expect better facilities and service from front desk, however it was one staff member that ruined the experience, not all.

極佳 Beautiful room. Spa bath is incedible. Bed super comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful with local attraction advice.would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Outstanding!! Great location. Immaculate. Bed was so comfortable. Peaceful. Amazing staff. Met all of my needs as a solo traveller, but absolutely see where it would be fun and perfect for the entire family/group. Thank you so much for such a safe, happy, and enjoyable stay! Will absolutely recommend, and hope to enjoy again myself in the future!!

Good stay overall, mini golf, ping pong and tennis. Room was tidy, just one issue with microwave starting, was bit old. Pool was heated, not hot, expected a bit higher for rotorua, recomend a few more degrees to make comfortable on the cold days but fine for exercise.
