This place was very positive experience and we would stay again. A pleasure to meet the Hosts, pictures are exactly as they appear. Quiet neighborhood, parking easy, and all amenities that you need. Close to downtown, the geothermal spa, and ice cream parlor! Love Rotorua!

Great base for exploring Rotorua

What a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and in great condition with excellent facilities, comfortable, spacious and a joy to stay in. Location is great near to all top attractions and easy drive to shops, restaurants ( would recommend Eat Street). Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Information from owners is spot on in advance and access easy so no hassle settling in. We would thoroughly recommend Redwood Apartments and if we are in Rotorura again it will be our first place to stay.

Everything was ideal. Great amenities. Good location for driving around. Approx 2km walk to the town centre.

Apartment was as described in the listing. Nice and bright with kitchen and cozy living room. Parking was convenient and location was quiet. Enjoyable stay.

Great amenities, clean, tidy and well appointed.

we stay on a regular basis, always lovely

Really great place to stay and with lots of small touches that made it feel like home.

All good but the shower needs a shelf or basket to put shampoo etc into when in the shower
