More elegant fragrance in the premises

Rooms were not good. Water is not getting drained. Bed sheets are dirty and overalll facility needs modernisation.

Quiet nice place. Room has no safe to keep valuables. Mildew smell in the room was hard

Carpet is old and dirty. All other areas are not bad.

Staff at the front desk need to be more vigilant. They checked me into a room and after 2.5 hours, asked me to move into another room, as the adjoining room meant for another family was given away to another client. This is not right and it was inconvenient on the whole. When family asked for coffee in the morning, housekeeping did not deliver the coffee, leaving us in the dark as to whether it would come into the room or not. It was not delivered finally. the hygiene in the hotel rooms, need more attention.
