Loved this hotel! Would stay again.

Great little hotel. Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff. Very clean and nicely decorated. Strong air conditioning was lovely after suffering through a European heat wave without it.

This has been the best stay. Specially the staff is really friendly, helpful, and supportive.the view from the terrace is amazing. The breakfast is lovely and so is the person who makes zaida, she gave the best service for breakfast. Kenal has been very helpful with everything. We cane with are parents. If you want to stay near blue mosque in sultanahmat i would strongly suggest surahan hotel.

It felt absolutely truthful. Excellent value! Food was fresh and tasty. Rooftop terrace a beautiful bonus. I got soft pillows when I commented that they are a bit hard. The bathroom was superclean (new) and not smelling, as I experience in other hotels here. Location for my taste was perfect! No street noise, rooftopventilation or other hotelstuff talking on the street. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this lovely authentic hotel.

It was a wonderful experience, nothing to complain about at this incredible place, the staff were amazing, helpful, smiley faces all the time, I would like to thank the young men in the reception Mohamed and Matin that were very helpful, Mohamed gave us his own toothpaste when we didn’t find one in the room, and Matin helped us to book the Bosfor tour and was always there ready to answer out questions, the sweet lady in the breakfast service was lovely and smiley. Room was small but clean and with a great view. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, cheeses, marmalade, bread, and pastries. Coffee was very weak. Kitchen staff were very nice. They offer laundry service for 3 euros per Kg. Very convenient.

Friendly stuff, excellent breakfast with views, clean room, great neighborhood, quiet yet close to all important sites.

The included buffet breakfast in the rooftop terrace was amazing! We especially loved the beet and yogurt salad (just try it!) and the carrot, cabbage and dill salad. Not normally something we'd eat for breakfast but the food and experience was spectacular!! The rooms had a beautiful Turkish feel and look. We enjoyed our cozy room and bed and the service throughout was fantastic 😀

We had a good stay at Saruhan, the breakfast and view from terrace were both amazing. The only drawback is that we were given a below ground floor room, and it was filled with ants once we were settled in and ate some snack/wine.. the ants would gather around our cups and wine bottle and clothes and that was very annoying. It would be nice if were given a room on the upper floors instead as there is a large swing in the bottom floor, just for us in our balcony/garden area but we never used it since there is no privacy there.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Saruhan in Istanbul. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond—especially in arranging a fantastic cruise trip. The terrace breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options and stunning views of the city and sea. Perfect location near major attractions and truly outstanding service. Highly recommended!
