Great location with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with a rooftop setting overlooking the harbour

From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel the attention to detail and support was top notch. I would also add communication leading up to the stay was amazing as well. It was our families first time there together the hotel helped plan out the trip. Location was amazing, room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again

Large room for 5 adults. Not huge but spacious enough. Bathroom well sized and shower was great by European standards. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Take advantage of their offer to arrange rides and tours. Location perfect for the big sights like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. Lots of restraints within easy walking. Definitely would stay again.

Nice staff, good environment

The staff were out of this world. They bent over backwards to make sure we were well cared for. I became sick during our stay and the staff were thoughtful in asking my family about my health and checking in on my recovery the next day. The room was a bit small, but immaculate. The breakfast spread was a bit over the top. Every morning we had a literal feast and gladly found that there was something for everyone. If you are interested in the historic sites, the location is incredible. Easy access to Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cisterns, the Topkapi Palace, and the former hippodrome. Just a few minutes walk to the havaist-11 bus stop for easy access to / from the IST airport. Also close to public transportation to connect to the rest of Istanbul. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, but they are all rather similar so you might want to venture further out to explore the local cuisine.

The staff is really nice and helpful. They are also very accommodating as we were fasting for Ramadan. They wrapped our breakfast and kept it in their kitchen and allowed us to use the microwave whenever we needed. They also booked our tours. The hotel is in a very convenient location right near SultanAhmet and the tourist attractions. The rooms are very small and there is no elevator.
