泰姬宫殿酒店，新德里 (Taj Palace, New Delhi)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Excellent property in a nicely located place. Very convenient and accessible. We visited Delhi for a vacation and this hotel was perfect in terms of location, amenities, courteous staff, food and activities.

Nice breakfast

The breakfast was decent, but there were many problems during our stay- the bedsheet were dirty during check in. Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. Hope it helps!

Beautiful property, which is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simply awesome. I would definitely come back here next time I am in New Delhi.

Rooms & amenities

Highly recommended. Clean beautiful room with friendly polite staffs. Best for international travellers too with a high security, at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, food was great. Very friendly and efficient staff and always ready to help. Great experience.

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and friendly. 5 star

Wonderful staff

Amazing property and an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Having lived in six countries and traveled to more than 60 countries, staying at many of the world’s finest luxury hotels, I can confidently say that Taj Palace remains one of my favorite hotels globally and my preferred choice whenever I visit Delhi for business or leisure. The warmth, service culture, and attention to detail are truly world-class. My only observation during this stay was that the property seemed noticeably busier than usual, with a large number of visitors coming in for business meetings and spending time in the public areas. While this reflects the hotel’s popularity and reputation, it occasionally made some guest areas feel more crowded than expected. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend.
