It's very old fashioned

Check out this morning the lady at counter don’t know how to do the job and takes 30 mins to finish a simple check out. I’m Ned to run in the airport to catch the flight.

The Hotel is a legacy property located perfectly, making is easily accessible to shopping areas.

Great value for luxury. Safe, clean, helpful staff.

The staff at the reception including managers were awful. All five star hotels offer some discount 15-25% when you use hotel amenities. One of them said 10 per cent which was never given in 3 day stay. You eat breakfast at longe any they try to charge you service tax although you are helping yourself out there with everything and no services provided except allocating a table. I would never stay there again. Just to mention one manager Shakshi at checkout was very sensible and told me will offer me some discounts on my next stay.

The breakfast was included in the similar booking I made about six months ago. For some of the days they said it was included but some days not- didn’t make sense

A calm space in a riotous town. Only flaw were the overly sensitive beds - even small movements by your partner will be felt!

Our stay at Hyatt was great. Staffs were very helpful. I traveled with my family and a kid. Hema from the staff members was very kind towards my kid and parents. My family loved their stay at this hotel and we will visit again during our next tour.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Breakfast was awesome. Room service was great. We are thankful to Hema for taking care of all our needs and helping us with everything at our stay. Their kind gesture own my family’s heart. We will definitely visit this place again in our next Delhi trip.
