新德里凯悦酒店 (Hyatt Regency Delhi)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location, staff & facilities. Room size was bit of an issue.

The front desk staff was horrible and unprofessional whereas the driver, security, concierge, house cleaning were helpful..

Most pathetic experience, the air conditioning was not working and complained 3 times but no one bothered to looking into the issue, although breakfast service was very good

A good accommodation. Great service 😊

Great staff and property

It's very old fashioned

Check out this morning the lady at counter don’t know how to do the job and takes 30 mins to finish a simple check out. I’m Ned to run in the airport to catch the flight.

The Hotel is a legacy property located perfectly, making is easily accessible to shopping areas.

Great value for luxury. Safe, clean, helpful staff.

The staff at the reception including managers were awful. All five star hotels offer some discount 15-25% when you use hotel amenities. One of them said 10 per cent which was never given in 3 day stay. You eat breakfast at longe any they try to charge you service tax although you are helping yourself out there with everything and no services provided except allocating a table. I would never stay there again. Just to mention one manager Shakshi at checkout was very sensible and told me will offer me some discounts on my next stay.
