新德里酒店 (The Grand New Delhi)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Wc looks like it has come out of some old fashioned hotel and all wc should be upgraded to latest style across the hotel

The rooms were a tad old, but the biggest issue was in-room dining. I had asked for 3 scoops of ice cream which came after 45 minutes and melted. I complained to the duty manager and he could not care less. Next day I complained to the duty manager and all she did was asked me to complain to the restaurant manager. A so called 5- star property where no one seems to take the responsibility and just asks the customer to another contact doesn't deserve to be a 5-star service.

Amazing stay. Grand will always be my 1st choice of stay in Delhi

The hotel needs an update. Breakfast and staff is great.

Excellent stay

They put me in the wing where repair works for water leaks was going on, which was inconvenient

Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I stayed for an evening meal. I had the à la carte menu and had mango vegetarian curry. It was excellent. The gardens were splendid and I spent some time watching the green parrots flying around. It was a pleasure. I cannot fill this hotel. It was quite expensive but I expect this is to be expected for the quality and being in New Delhi it was about half an hour ride from the airport.

Nice hotel close to the international airport. There is a nice lawn and swimming pool at the rear. No noise once you enter the hotel complex. Breakfast has wide range of choices and staff service is great.

Very clean
