萨帕激情酒店及水疗中心 (Sapa Passion Hotel & Spa)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options

Hotel was up a slight hill, although most hotels were. Staff were lovely and helped book trips and onward travel. Breakfast was included. Hotel had a pool but I didn’t go in as it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was a bit green on the bottom. Everything else was great

Near from lake and friendly clean property with hearty breakfast option

Good stay

Wish to have breakfast options

I love this place that I will go back

The staff is friendly and nice. I recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff

the receptionist Moon is very good and accomodating. She is very considerate and understand8ng..

There were too many cockroaches in the room. I must've killed 50 of them, and when I brought it up to the hotel, they acted as if it didn't bother them. Hair in the bedsheets, rats running around breakfast area. It was a terrible hotel, we cut our vacation short because of the hotel.
