The room was good, soft bed. Pool was with a lot of birds taking a bath so it felt like it was a bird pool, so didn't feel so clean to take a dip in the pool. Breakfast was boring for a 5 star hotel, lots of small flies on the fruit and salad. Didn't like that you didn't get complimentary water at the pool.

很好 The hotel is located in a very busy business district. Despite that, the rooms are extremely well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It is very close to the World Trade Center and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which makes getting around very convenient.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. At checkout, they kindly offered to call a taxi and thoughtfully arranged a metropolitan taxi, which cost about one-third of the price of an Uber.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the room cleaning could be improved.

Room was upgraded to suite - very spacious, well laid out. Amenities in the hotel were great. Most staff, including at reception and Sheikh from housekeeping were wonderful.

Fun, retro decor. Excellent location near many attractions. Across the street from the Museum of the Future. Near public transportation. Comfortable room. Nice views. Great spa treatment.
