The ongoing renovation makes this the worst 5 star hotel in Dubai right now.
Would advise against till they finish understaffing is a understatement and off season pricing doesn’t justify the short comings

满意 Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing.
But lovely staff.

It’s a very deceptive hotel. 3 star at best. There was no hot water. The room stunk. Hotel is really not well maintained. Don’t stay here!

Hotel is a bit dated compared to other hotels in Dubai. However, the views are unmatched and the service was perfect (not too in your face but super friendly and accommodating). Highly recommend.
