Great family type accomodation for the price.

Good

Toilet basin is too small, and no fan in the bathroom and when people in the toilet so everyone in the room share the bad smell lol other than that everything else are good

The hotel has good location and their restaurant has reasonable price. The only downside is their toilet and bathroom which is too small. When you try to dry yourself inside the bathroom its really a struggle.

The food was wonderful. We stayed for three nights, ate there each night and had amazing food each time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great base for exploring the area. While the hotel is comfortable, it would benefit from some renovations, particularly the bathrooms. There is plenty of on-site parking, and the restaurant serves a great selection of tasty food. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in the region.

Room was cosy and fun for the kids with the two levels. Bathroom was super small and could not hang a towel or keep any toiletries in there. Had to leave a day early due to bath weather unfortunately.

First choice when I come to national park for hiking

The food in the restaurant was outstanding and very fast to come out. The room was amazing and just what we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We arrived later in the evening than we wanted to and the front desk and restaurant were cleaning up to close for the night. The staff was great and we were able to order food and drinks after 9 hours of travel by plane and car. Our room was fine for the night just don't expect to do anything more than wash your hands or brush your teeth in the tiny bathroom sink. Overall, fine room for an overnight stay, if you're there for more time maybe see if they have a room with a larger bathroom. If I ever make it back to New Zealand and am heading to Mt. Ruapehu, I'll stay here.
