We had a cabin , was warm enough and quiet and staff were so helpful

Toy room was fantastic. Lovely check in with friendly staff! Room was warm. Water was hot!

Nice cosy room overlooking the tundra, amazing views!! Very warm, sub zero temperatures outside but you wouldn't know it (until you're out on the deck that is). No frills but well maintained furnishings. Great restaurant, polite staff. Next to the trail that takes you to the mountains. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is assessable. Have all the things you want near. We Must will be there next time for sure.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to other travellers. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day out. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Breakfast/Diner was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone. One of the highlights was the evening pre diner beverages by the fire which created a warm and relaxing atmosphere and was a lovely way to end the day. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and facilities. We would happily stay here again.

Convenient location for mountain hiking.

Good location, especially for the Teranaki Falls walk, but also for Tongoriro Crossing (20 minutes drive to the trail head). The staff was friendly. The room was clean and as-described. The property is a little old/dated. Also, the hot tub is only available 3pm to 8pm and you need to reserve a 30-minute slot (on the plus side you get the hot tub to yourself for the 30 minute slot, and the clean it fully every day).
