超赞 This was my first time in Barcelona, and I was so impressed with the service! The staff truly went above and beyond, and the location was perfect—close to attractions, shopping, and dining.
When we realized the suite we booked didn’t have the bathtub shown in the reservation, Iria at reception quickly found a solution and upgraded us to one of their beautiful main suites. Marlo and Martin, two of the doormen, were also always attentive and ready to help.
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
