The property is no way a 5 star property. Good staff, clean property but lots need to be done with renovations and maintaining. The shower area is very poorly designed. Shower shoots out the water to the floors outside( the glass fixtures donot cover the spray), also the tub is raised( if we had problems not sure what the seniors would do) The doors have electronic keys but they seldom work properly

Great location.

The facility was lovely. The staff was not what one would expect. At 6pm after our arrival following a long day of driving, we were told there was no room for us to have a drink at the bar. The following morning, we sat so long for breakfast without having our order taken that we finally left without being served. Despite our flagging down the server after 20 minutes and letting her know that we were ready to order, we saw her do five different things including clean a table and seat a person elsewhere who had just arrived, so we left before she came to take our order.

This was by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life! The staff was extremely helpful and kind they made the check in and check out process easy. The room was pretty clean and had some of the nicest amenities I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The location is prime within walking distance of major shopping areas and I will 100% be staying here anytime I come to Barcelona in the future!

This hotel is the BEST. All staff friendly and most willing to help in any way possible. Beautiful decor. Maybe will return one day.
