很好 Older but well maintained motel. Nostalgic in that it was probably built in the 60’s. Room, bathroom, beds and carpet was clean, no smells. The location is good, short walk to main street. The trolley picks up right in front of the motel, so it’s easy to get around town. It is a budget, no frills motel but quite economical and well worth the price. The only flaw was cosmetic, the bathtub was peeling and had a couple of rusty spots. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I’d recommend this motel, especially is you’re budget minded.

Price was very reasonable to be that close to d'twn Gatlinburg. ( Less than 5min walk)
If one doesn't care about all the fancy high priced places to stay, I highly recommend this place. 5 stars.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is older but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is within walking distance to Anakeesta Village as well as the Skyway Bridge. I would stay here again.

The location and staff were good but the room smelled of mold. The photos looked good but the bath tub was peeling and had mold under the shower floor mat and in the cocking around the bath room the ceiling and walls were peeling. The shower literally had times where there was no pressure so the water was barely coming out. If ur goal is to be cheap I guess do what you gotta do. The only good thing was that it’s not in a ghetto or bad area. Just really needs to be updated.
