Clean property Great service at front desk Nice breakfast Great pool area

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and peaceful garden deck area—it was the perfect place to relax. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, and the location was ideal, offering easy access to both downtown and the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious rooms. Property was very well maintained. Breakfasts was nice. The man at the front desk was very nice. I would deff recommend & will stay here again. I also felt safe walking down the hill to Gatlinburg

Great customer service Clean hotel Great breakfast Nice pool, hot tub,

Everything was great. All staff was very friendly. We even had a bear visit the property. That made for an even better time.

Nice place to stay!

Clean and spacious room, very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly and assisted when needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing great. Good convenience. One elevator was down until the next to last day. But not a large inconvenience. Clean and well maintained area and nice view.

Nicer than most of the hotels in the area

Staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. Rooms were clean. Amenities were all perfectly functioning. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.
