法国巴黎巴士底 Moxy 酒店 (Moxy Paris Bastille France)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Staff were great and went above and beyond on every interaction. Best hotel we have stayed in Paris by far.

old rooms.

Hotel staff amazing

The hotel was centrally located. The facilities and rooms are clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are small, not spacious.

Extremely friendly staff

Excellent location. Located a short distance away from a metro station, we could easily travel to all the places we wanted to see. The food options and shops in the nearby Marais arrondissement are great with a range for all price points.

Yes

Everything was perfect STAFF LOCATION ROOM ALL so HELPFUL

The staff was very nice and accommodating for the most part. The rooms were clean, but many things did not work. You have to create an account to use WiFi and even then, the service did not work most of the time. The tv went in and out. The pump on the soap, shampoo, and conditioner left in the room did not work and could not be used. They were never replaced. The bed was two mattresses pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The outdoor courtyard area closes at 10:00, but this was never communicated until a staff member yelled at us and another group of people for being out there. The lights were on, the doors were unlocked, and there was no sign in sight. It’s a good area and an ok hotel, but for the price we paid, I think that some of these things could have been better.

Staff were great. Hotel well equipped and location excellent
