Love the hotel The concierge couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. Location is second to none. 5 stars !

***Given a much smaller room than reserved, wall patched with paper and tape, and a manager who entered our room to count towels! *** We reserved a larger twin-bed room and were given a much smaller double room. When we asked to be moved to the room we had actually paid for, the manager refused, became verbally aggressive, and offered no resolution whatsoever for the remainder of our stay. The room also had a section of wall patched with paper and tape (photographed). For a three-night stay costing close to $1,000, the condition was unacceptable. Nothing else included such as breakfast, coffee, nor even complimentary water bottles! The most telling moment: we chose not to have housekeeping one day as an environmentally conscious decision. When we requested fresh towels the following day, the manager personally came to our room and counted the towels before providing replacements, apparently to confirm we hadn't stolen any. There was no legitimate reason for the entry. We were treated as suspects for making an eco-friendly choice. The location of the hotel is fine — that is the only positive thing we can honestly say. Everything else, from the room to the condition to the management, fell far below what was advertised and what we paid for.

This was in a great location walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Great bars and restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned everyday. The one thing is there should be more outlets, we had to unplug the tv and use that one because the one by the floor wasn’t working.

This hotel has zero amenities. No refrigerator, no coffee machine, no hair dryer in the room . The shower doesn’t even have shower curtain and you have to use hand shower to make sure the dloor is not getting wet , which is so stressful . The bathroom doesn’t even have toilet paper dispenser and you have to keep moving the toilet paper around, to make sure it doesn’t get wet when taking shower. Asked for 2 simple glasses and the lady gave me a lecture and at the end said since there 3 people in the room they gave me one more glass for total of 3 glasses in the room . It is not a hotel it is just a room with bathroom. It is not worthed the price . Location of the hotel is the only positive thing.

Super nice people there at reception 24/7. Area was very convenient for walking around the Marais. Very loud on weekend nights, but didn’t keep me up. Only one outlet worked in my room and the shower light was out, but housekeeping came every day and the room was very tidy with fresh towels and a made bed when I returned from a long day. Only wish there was a better sitting area or bar downstairs. There is no music or anything in the lobby, it’s very quiet. Didn’t want to sit in silence with the man at the desk down there, but my room was cozy so no real need I suppose.

Super cute boutique hotel right in the Marais, so very central to many tourist sights. We had a triple room which was very large for Paris standards and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely come back.

The room was clean and basic with all necessities and a comfortable bed; staff were friendly and helpful; the air conditioning was appreciated, as extremely hot; the location was ideal, BUT it was very expensive and because of the cost a few extras should have been included, such as a mirror in the bedroom and a small fridge to store cold drinks; the loo roll holder was broken and there were some loose tiles on the bathroom; altogether a disappointing stay, particularly as we stayed in the same hotel in June last year in a very similar, if not the same, room for £100 less per night!

Great location and friendly staff. Room is comfortable and has AC.
