The staff at this location were absolutely amazing, very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was the indoor heated pool. I actually booked this particular hotel because they had the pool. Unfortunately, there was some sort of chemical floating all over the surface. So much so that I didn't think it was healthy to go in the pool.

Was a decent place to stay and very convenient to get to and from the airport. Staff were nice and stay was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the airport was great. The shuttle was easy to use. Easy place to stay with everything you need.

That staff was friendly but not over welcoming. The property itself was nave and clean my room was awful! It smelled like bad body oder. The gal that ran the breakfast in the morning was exceptionally nice!!! Also the gal that checked me out was pleasant. My room was not good.

I spent almost $1,000 to stay at this hotel, only to experience what I consider a serious health-threatening situation. I didn’t complain during my stay because I checked out at 2:00 AM and just wanted to leave. I stayed in an accessible room and was traveling with insulin that requires proper refrigeration. The air conditioner did not work for three days, which made my insulin unusable. The TV also didn’t work, and there were several other maintenance issues throughout my stay. The sofa bed was completely worn out with exposed springs and almost no cushioning, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Even more concerning, I found what appeared to be mold on both the sofa bed and the queen bed. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Given the health and safety concerns, I will never stay here again.

The first room they gave us smelled like the previous guest may have been vomiting, and it only had one king bed and a sofa bed instead of the two queen beds we had booked. We requested a new room from the disinterested front desk and were told it would not be ready until later, which was fine since we had arrived before their 3pm check-in time. We returned later that night to a new room, which smelled musty, but was a huge improvement over the smell of the first room. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fulfill our booking for two queen beds. Since there were four of us, I had the pleasure of sleeping on a very small uncomfortable sofa bed with a blanket from the closet that was perhaps unwashed. The carpeting in the room also had stains, and the light switch plate a was smeared with something red which I hope was ketchup rather than blood. Thankfully it was too cold for a swim because the pool appeared to be filled with soapy water. Before departing, the final hurrah was taking a shower and discovering that the tub was not draining properly, leaving me standing three-inches deep in dirty water. The only saving grace was a nice complementary breakfast buffet next to the lobby.

This hotel is great for a quick stop in Anchorage. We had a speedy shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Our driver was friendly and had some great suggestions for local food, and even provided some helpful tips to walk there with our family. At check in, things were quick and efficient as well, and very friendly service. Our room was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. We utilized the laundry facilities, which was hugely helpful in between travel locations. The breakfast included was great, lots of options. This location was very close to the airport and provided a lot of amenities that were helpful. While this hotel isn't the most glamorous, it was exactly what we needed as an in between stop on our travels.
