(Karuizawamura Hotel)

Cute and lovely little hotel! Comfortable accomodations, and the owner even drove us to the train station in the morning for free. Thank you so much!

More of a guesthouse than a hotel. The owners live next door and are very nice. The room was quite spartan like a dorm room but en-suite. It was clean but really had no charm. The biggest problem was that the guesthouse was too far to walk to the shops or old karuizawa. So if you have to drive in why not just get a real hotel somewhere in sakudaira for much cheaper price? They also have a picture of a big bath on their profile but it’s some onsen somewhere cause there is not one on the premises.

Clean and nice ,very convenient to walk to minimart and the owner is very nice,kind-service

This is a family run business. The owner is a very nice lady, she is warm and helpful. The place is well equipped with essential items and the room is clean and tidy.

Not fancy but clean and convenient

Very hospitable owners who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even gave us grapes when we first arrived and also drove us to the train station. Room is small compared to what you get in the US but it’s clean. Would stay here again.

Was amazing. Owner was very accommodating. Was also cheapest in town.

There was an English speaking staff member who was incredibly friendly and even provided us with English pamphlets about the surrounding area. :-) Everything was clean and very well organized.

Very nice and caring owner. Comfy beds and blanket. Right next to convenient store. And there are a few nuce restaurants within walking distances.
