轻井泽佐藤温暖旅馆 (Karuizawa Pension Satou no Nukumori)

Love the experience and hospitality. The amenities were also so amazing

Free laundry - washing, drying and folding! Their breakfast was like dinner - main dish, rice, miso soup, salad and some side dish. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room has a bathroom but no washlet. There were large public bathtubs for both genders. A little longer walk from the train station. The neighborhood was dark - no street lights. Pretty good overall.

It is a hostel and rooms are small. Overall brilliant experience though as staff are so friendly and the amazing vibe of the place

Cheerful and friendly people

Great place to stay at, thank you very much.

Loved the service. Loved the room. Would have liked espresso coffee (instead of just instant) as a breakfast option. And xxxl size slippers.

The building is not good. The setting of the room is not up to the standard of a motel. The tv set blocked part of the door of the bathroom. The wall, the window has stains. The shower did not have it own pipeline. The extension cord is dangerous as there is no electrical outlet for your phones.

Good

Kind and helpful staff. Very thoughtful, too! 😍
