The service provided by the hoat Nicolina was first clas from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, view magnificent and I would rate it highly to anyone.

The staff was amazing really helpful and nice, they are welcoming. Is really clean and the location is perfect

Great location for a few nights. The back gate leads out to the main walk area. 360 view from the rooftop amenity. Staff is very helpful and gave great recommendations at check-in.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was amazingly cool. The hotel is a short walk to the "Three Bells of Fira". A taxi to Oia from the hotel is 35 €. Finding the "Three Domes of Oia" can be tricky. There are no signs showing the way to this fabulous location. There is a white church with three bells on the left side and a side path that takes you down to this hidden spot. At the bottom of the path, you have two choices. On the left is a long line of tourists taking photos. But, on the right is the path you want to take for the best photo of the "Three Domes of Oia". You need to go past a rope of chains to get to this private and restricted location. Good Luck.

Great location to walk to Fira and not far from the bus stop. The staff was really helpful. We used the laundry services - dropped off, went to the beach, and it was in our room when we got back. Room was right along walking path but was quiet.

Small boutique property in perfect location - super clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful - loved the daily breakfast delivery.

I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had very good amenities. Air con was absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location with lots of food options and shops around. 20 minutes walk to Fira, 15 to Imerovigli and 2 hours if you fancy the hike to Oia! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Perfect location- short walk to wonderful restaurants and boardwalk with fantastic views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Arranged luggage pickup at 3:45 in the morning.
