Fabulous!

Perfect view and kind staff

We had the Rigoletto suite and it was spectacular! The views were simply amazing and the room was large and well-appointed. Two balconies,, comfortable bed and great views from every window. But what makes Aria Suites extra special is the staff- the customer service and hospitality was exceptional. Luca was so genuinely kind and helpful as was everyone with whom we interacted. The breakfast was so wonderful (it had so many choices, it basically became breakfast and lunch since we couldn’t eat it all in one sitting). Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Absolutely amazing!! View and location are perfect. We could have lived in this hotel, living room, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Bell staff carried our luggage to and from the room, much appreciated because the walk from taxi drop off to reception is a street where cars are not allowed. Reception staff took care of everything, including taxis which they can automatically charge to the room. Breakfast delivered to the room was A+.

Great location

Service was wonderful and the staff made us feel pampered with the daily breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. Location was very convenient for food options and bus transportation to other parts of the island. Loved staying in La Vida Breve, but disappointingly the hot tubs were definitely not hot enough during our stay when the outside temperature was around 60. The rooftop jacuzzi was lukewarm at best and the smaller one was a bit warmer but still not hot. The view from this suite was amazing so I wish I could have spent more time enjoying it in the hot tub. Besides that, everything was still wonderful.

Breakfast is great, staff are helpful, room is clean

Staff was great; breakfast was good. We had an issue with both hot tubs. On one, the jets would turn off after about 45 seconds; on the main one, the jets turned off after about 30 seconds. That obviously needs to be fixed. Location and views are excellent. Only 10 minutes from airport. Travel tip: the Uber drops you off around 75 yards from the lobby. It is a rocky uphill climb with your luggage. If you call the hotel, staff will come help with your luggage. Tip #2: there are no airport signs to help you with Uber pick up. Text your driver to find out where they want you to go. There are plants of taxis. The Uber was very expensive for such a short ride.

The location and views were excellent. We felt secluded from the hustle bustle of downtown Fira, but were only steps away. The staff could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
