Lock on the door wasn’t present, was broken before arriving. Temperature knob wasn’t present. Told staff to fix but no changes was made or to even get another room. Staff wasn’t welcoming only was there for a paycheck. Would not book again. Bathroom was small and ac made a lot of noise when present. They only tolerated us when approached with happy and welcoming vibes. Would not suggest.

It’s so small and tight. The light kept glaring into our room and made it hard for us to sleep. Two people can’t fit in the bathroom

Lock on the door to the room I was in was not there. The knob on the fridge to change the temperature was not there. This was notified to the hotel and no changes was made. Their systems for the Apple Pay was a hit and miss. Must arrive with a physical card to make payments. Why have the flexibility of a system when it barely work? Fix it so that it can be use at all cause and us customers can have a peace of mind when making a purchase. The elevator broke down at one point making it difficult to use it without the manager being present. The air conditioner would make a lot a noise when trying to sleep. The bathroom sinks are small, the sleeping pillows aren’t that great. The communications between hotel staff aren’t that great either. Not worth the money spent at this hotel. The morning staff didn’t even want to be there to do their job, everyone wore a mask and me and my fiancé did not feel welcomed here just tolerated. I would definitely have gone somewhere else. But this is my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. Purchase at your own cost of mind.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time!

This property was a total gem! The location was conveniently located close to the 1 subway, McDonald's, great pizzeria's and plenty of bagel options. The lobby and back room were great spots to watch live sports and there was a beautiful view from the rooftop patio. The rooms were clean and spacious and the front desk staff were really friendly- even holding our luggage before check in and after check out. We don't have anything negative to say about this property- we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Beds are very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Rooms were clean, air conditioning great. Close to all tourist spots New York has to offer. Disappointed no one site food except snack food

Most of the Front desk were rude. Everyday they advertised happy hour on the roof top but they never had it open. The restaurant area was run down and furniture was old. Rooms were in need of repairs. Bathrooms did not have any shelf space. Elevators were extremely slow. Appreciated the morning coffee. Second time staying at the Cambria and I would not stay again.

Day of arrival the staff member at the front desk was rude when I asked why he was swiping my credit card as I prepaid. He was downright sarcastic telling me it was for the deposit. Evening staff-a woman- was superb!!! Day of checkout the front staff- a man- was excellent. Went above and beyond!! The shower had broken tiles and flooded the bathroom during my shower.

The location was great and everything was walkable.
