太阳门大酒店 (Hotel Quatro Puerta Del Sol)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The blanket in the closet was not clean. It had hair on it and smelled unpleasant, indicating it had not been washed. I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which clearly means no cleaning or entering the room. Despite this, the room was entered and cleaned while I was away, and empty bags I needed were thrown away. The walls are very thin, and noise can easily be heard from the neighboring rooms and outside. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very kind, and the housekeeper was welcoming every time I saw her. However, I am unsure if she was the one who cleaned the room, especially since I had the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards of my first experience.

Excellent location. Close to everything and to metro and train lines.

Staff

Great value in the center close enough to walk to many different places. Staff was nice, room was clean.

Good

Buena ubicación y trato muy codial del personal.

Room was clean and tidy, help staff and breakfast was good

Friendly, helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was delicious and convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Added bonus: a spacious balcony. Great location. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location right in the center of Madrid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money and an ideal base for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us with some complicated check-in and services that we needed for our group. The hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced buffet was not bad, especially for the price. Our rooms needed a little bit of spraying up in a bag could’ve been a little bit more comfortable but other than that, the hotel was great.
