Great location for shopping, access to metro, dining and just experiencing the ambience of the city. Perfect location in Madrid. Staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable!!

Very clean room. It’s situated right behind gran via. It’s a great location. Hotel does have an elevator, but it’s very small. Which was fine with us, but if you have someone who uses a wheelchair or may be claustrophobic that’s something to consider. Overall, great hotel to stay at.

Great location!

Pros: - Very accommodating staff and very friendly. They gave me a better room when I didn’t like the one I initially got. - Housekeeping staff were very friendly and diligent. - Location. Location. Location. Cons: - The hotel rooms are not very sound proof. Everything can be heard from other rooms and the hallway. I could also very clearly hear when the water in the bathroom above my room was running. It was quite loud. - The hotel staff isn’t trained well. An example is that housekeeping walked in on me with someone without even knocking and checking if room was unoccupied.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is really friendly. Room really clean, nice beds and shower 100% recommended

Staff were great and accmodating. The location is perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Excelente opción para disfrutar Madrid

Great location

The rooms were & cool in the very weather. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us

Hotel regente is located in an amazing area very close to all the action on the gran Villa. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning stuff was very professional and helpful. The hotel breakfast is decent for the cost. If you want to be close to the gran via do yourself a favour and book this hotel. You won’t regret it.
