Great property in a wonderful part of Paris. Accessibility to multiple metro lines, you’re only minutes away from most tourist destinations. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around. The property is quant, but modern. My specific room was located on the top floor of the property with a balcony. Room had environment control which was nice during the warmer Paris season. Everything was very clean and functional. A huge plus after a long journey. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. If you’re considering including breakfast with your hotel stay, I’d say hold off. With so many pastry shops and restaurant nearby, you’re better off with an early morning adventure. I’d recommend The Mondial to anyone interested in visiting Paris.

The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and eateries for different price range. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station Grand Boulevards. The room that we were in had been renovated.
