Place is convenient, and there are several places where you can have dinner. You generally can get anywhere by using public transportation. The staff is generally ok, but we had a really bad experience with water being shutdown without notice, and being lied about the reason why it was shutdown, when confronted staff didn't like it at all that we asked around.

Expensive for what you get. Had a superior twin room and it was so so small. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom. Very noisy from the street and beds uncomfortable. Pick somewhere else for $260 per night not including tax.

Nice and clean hotel Friendly stuff

The air conditioning was great! And the neighborhood was lively and hip and fun. Not to mention the exceptional staff. They were accommodating and stored our bag after checkout. Such a great hotel!!

This was my second stay at Aulivia Opera. I find the location very convenient for Gare Du Nord and the airport. The area is lovely but I haven't ever had problems with sleeping. Staff are great.

Location was excellent its was near restaurants, metro, and everything else one might need. Service was the highlight. Every staff member was amazing!

Really good value Hotel. Impressed with the size and facilities of the room for the price. A good location.
