格里高利酒店 (The Gregorian New York City)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

No hot water in the shower. Sheets were for the wrong sized bed. Very small rooms.

Great location and very helpful & friendly staff. Great little coffee/ wine bar attached and a few food restaurants across street and nearby. Would stay there again.

Will definitely go back!

Quick easy trip. Able to check in very late.

Beautiful hotel and amazing location

Amazing staff and super convenient location to transportation and clean

The location was great. The bed was comfortable however the bathroom needs updating from a leak and I found wrappers on the floor when we first arrived.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. What should have been a wonderful holiday ended in an extremely stressful and upsetting way. On my final night, I was accused of smoking in my room and told I would be charged a smoking fee. This was shocking because I have never smoked or vaped in my life, and no one smoked in my room during my stay. I asked the manager to inspect the room with me, as I was confident there would be no evidence of smoking. My request was refused, and I was told the report was sufficient. What made the situation even more upsetting was that the hotel attempted to charge to my payment card. When the payment was unsuccessful, I was told that my security deposit would not be refunded. I felt I was being treated as though I had done something wrong without any meaningful opportunity to challenge the allegation. The first manager I spoke to was understanding and at least listened to my concerns, for which I was grateful. Unfortunately, my experience with the 2nd manager was completely different. I found him dismissive, unwilling to listen to my explanation, and unwilling to consider my request for a room inspection. I fully support hotels enforcing no-smoking policies. However, guests should be treated fairly, and serious accusations should be investigated thoroughly. Instead of leaving New York with happy memories, I left feeling stressed, upset, and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated.

Perfect one night stay for a concert at Madison Square Garden and eats around Mid-Town. Looking forward to staying again.

Having to leave the hotel for coffee every morning was not ideal. I’m up at 6am and there is no coffee for sale or otherwise available to guests.
