Room was very relaxing even if on the small side. Would have preferred better control on window blinds/curtains. One of the main windows was permanently blocked and detracted from the view.

Had AC but would’ve liked it to be a bit stronger. Otherwise, it was in a good location, staff was friendly, and the bar had an excellent view

The location is relatively quiet, but close to transport The view from the bar/restaurant at the top of the hotel is amazing!

Seating in room not very clean soiled

Booked a twin room, so I could get 2 single beds. Came into the room and it was one double bed. Went down to speak to someone and no-one was there - nor in the morning either. Ended up settling for the room, but was super disappointed. The floor in our room beside the bed was sticky. Very clearly not cleaned properly before the stay. Disappointed.

Great hotel, great amenities

Had a hiccup to the start of my travel but the hotel staff definitely helped out and were beyond accommodating! Really wanted my stay and plan on returning with my family on our next trip

Air con was broken but plenty of fans available and staff very proactive. Great location to stay for a short break and also for events at the London stadium, a few stops down on the Jubilee line.

The air condition did not work well and the reception staff tried to hide the situation and did not provide all the information. there was a fan on the room as they were aware of the fact that the A/C is not working. it's a pity that the hotel did not share the information.

Overall, it was an okay stay. Upon arrival, we were told the A/C was faulty due to the extreme weather conditions and while this wasn’t ideal, we accepted it was out of their hands. They offered to provide fans which was helpful; however, it took a while for the fan to arrive. After numerous calls to reception and then going downstairs to request a fan again in person, it finally arrived. The hotel duty manager was very helpful in his handling of a situation out of their hands however, the same can’t be said for other staff. Overall, the experience was okay although I probably will never go to another Novotel based on this experience. For the money spent, ‘okay’ simply isn’t good enough. The Bokan 37 restaurant staff were a welcome positive to our stay. Very friendly, communicative and timely with their service. Were it not for the restaurant, this would have been a poor experience.
