伦敦尊贵海德公园大酒店 (Park Grand Hyde Park)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel is walking distance to Paddington Station - which has the green/yellow/brown lines that took us to main London Attraction's like Wesminter’s Big Ben, Buckingham, Tower Bridge, Picadilly Circus, Oxford Street and more

The breakfast was very good and the attendants were helpful. The front desk let us keep our luggage there until the afternoon when it was time to leave While the room did have air conditioning, it did not really cool the room off much unfortunately.

A tired hotel that is in desperate need of refurbishment. Based on its website, I was expecting a 4-star standard, but unfortunately the property fell well short of that. The décor and facilities felt dated, and overall it did not reflect the quality I would expect from a hotel with a 4-star rating.

Staff were super helpful, hotel was very nice and a great location.

Great location Clean Friendly & helpful reception staff

Avoid at all cost!! Room is small for a so called deluxe queens. Stains on walls and carpet, everything in the room is old and

Friendly and helpful check in. Upgrade to our twin room so we had a mezzanine floor with a kitchen area. Nice amenities, everything we needed. Hotel was nice and quiet but in a great location only a short walk from Paddington Station. Would recommend and stay again.

Rooms were very clean and staff were very professional and helpful!

Breakfast was good. There was a variety of selections.

Was given top floor next to the lift motor room which was terrible. When we checked in we went to the reception to asked for a different room but thr male staff told us it is the staff personal lift and going to switched off.At 10pm arrived back to the room the whole night was a disaster, absolutely noisy and restarting lift pulley was a nightmare. Phone up middle of the night to made a complaint but was just ignored. How could this hotel manage to operate this room directly to the lift motor room.will never ever stayed here anymore but would request Expedia to made partial refund as we could not sleep but checked out very early.
