Hotel clean and staff helpful located walking distance to underground

It is now over two decades that I have been staying in hotels all over the world courtesy hotel.com but I most admit that Novotel west was the worst of all .nothing was as stated rooms were small nd smelly v were staying as a family nd had the most horrible experience. St one point I even wanted to cancel my stay The staff was ok but one of the receptionists / supervisor probably Rebecca was the worst She was rude arrogant nd had no feelings for infants Thanks God v dint book any food The sheets were not changed unless asked All in all it was a very bad stay nd will make sure never stay in Novotel nd will warn all my friends nd families to avoid ur chain

Stayed in room 3011 for 3 nights. Bathroom needs updating shower screen had loads of green mould on it. Aircon was off when we arrived so room was boiling and the room was facing a courtyard below with very loud music and people. Breakfast was ok, it was very busy during my stay. The bacon was barely cooked every day and I understand why they have everything like cereals and condiments etc. in large , help yourself format but having a frozen hard lump of butter in a fridge away from the bread and toast etc., rather than individual servings was a little frustrating when by the time you get to put it on your toast that’s cold too 😂 it personally puts me off as there is more opportunity for cross contamination and manhandling than necessary. Just watch people and you’ll see what I mean 😜 Pastries were always gone as was the fruit and the orange “juice” tasted like weak squash. For the price I’ve had loads better. Good location

Room was great very comfy bed and amenities location, staff and food were great also a great coffee from the bar the only thing that let down the stay was the shower it was very weak and not the best

Well located even with parking(expensive). Breakfast disappointingly large hotel. Room well appointed

Amazing location near the tube and central to west London. Hotel was comfortable- AC is central and not controlled by the rooms so keep that in mind if you’re going on a hot week. One major issue is that they are understaffed. Essentially no one picks up the phone if you call the front desk to ask any questions. It can be very frustrating if you need help. I gave up on asking them to fix my safe as it was not working. Overall comfortable and good location but keep your expectations low as it’s not a 4 star hotel based on US standards (3.5 max)

Excellent check in with an unexpected upgrade. Room good with working air conditioning (important in London these days). The room service menu said everything was available 24/7. When I asked for a club sandwich at 10.30pm I was told there was only salads or pizza. Breakfast a large buffet with some very good items and some less good.

Hotel was clean and staff excellent. Minor issue that Aircon wasn't that good although it was a heatwave so benefit of the doubt given. TV was excellent

Great locations and very clean rooms.it is London, so expect tight spaces. Now the worse thing... Only bad thing about this hotel is the water pressure of the shower, absolutely miserable. Everything else great
