Excellent staff and facilities. Good location to access underground. Great breakfast and dinner venue.

Very helpful staff, couldn’t do enough to help. Made our stay feel extra special.

Great central location for staying in London for work.

Excellent hotel. Perfect central location. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the location perfect, and we appreciated the green efforts by the hotel to conserve water.

Would have liked more bottled water on a daily basis.

Great staff and customer service. Location is convenient if you’re wanting to go about central London. Lacking in amenities such as a pool, sauna etc. More dining options would be great , however the breakfast menu was adequate. Rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable , but the room could do a minor makeover. Tv had streaming services so useful if you wish to stay in and watch a movie etc. Overall a good experience if your not going to be using facilities and want a convenient location to stay.

Fab hotel

Brilliant overnight stay at Hilton Tower Bridge. Staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay

This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make us comfortable in the middle of London’s heat wave. From the popsicles when you check in, to the water and juice bar that is available 24/7 to the staff going the extra mile to locate two chocolate croissant’s. My stay was extremely pleasurable. Not to mention the comfort of the beds, the maintenance of the property and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel!
