The staff is very friendly and helpful! We love this hotel. The view is outstanding and a great location. The breakfast is our favorite and we stay here anytime we come to London. Thanks for making our trip great!

We did self check in. So didn’t really deal with staff. Room was great, elevators were a little slow. But, definitely would stay again. We had an amazing view of the bridge.

For over $500.00 per night you would think that the rooms would have air conditioning. We didn’t sleep much and it was miserable.

No ac, door was hard to close and got left open all day by a cleaning staff member.

I think for the price you pay here there are definitely better options. The rooms are very outdated, although the location was prime.

Room was a little dated and didn't have dedicated air-conditioning, which in a UK summer is a must. Breakfast was good with several fresh options including an omelet station, the coffee however was terrible and I think maybe the machines need a good clean and/or service. Location is the best part, super convenient to surrounding amenities.

room was a tad hard to locate due to confusing numbering signage so had to go back down and have someone show me where it was but then after that room was good. a bit on the small side but it was just me so all good. Room does not have A/C but a fan was running in the room when I got there and there was water to drink. Water was in a warm room and not refrigerated so didn’t drink it but still a nice touch.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked 5 rooms as part of a group, and every room had the same issues, so this was not an isolated case. The rooms and bathrooms were in poor condition and clearly need renovation. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning did not work at all, making the rooms very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location. It is close to many great restaurants, and we really enjoyed the area. However, because of the poor condition of the rooms and the lack of functioning air conditioning, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very much a budget hotel experience, clean but a little tired. The pop up bars and restaurants outside were the stars. Breakfast was very average, if id paid £26 per head i would not have been happy! Nothing really wrong just not great. Automated check in and check out do didnt really see any staff apart from at breakfast. One waitress was lovely, most looked a bit bored. £200 a night for central london, unfortunately i have agree it was good value
