Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was prefect.

Bien que la chambre était très petite tout était fonctionnel et le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant.

Petit hôtel aux 3e et 4e étages d’un immeuble situé à deux pas de tout. Sa localisation est son atout numéro 1. Personnel poli et serviable. Chambre un peu datée, mais propre. Bouteilles d’eau fournie à tous les jours dans le mini réfrigérateur. Les petits déjeuners manquent un peu de variété et peuvent être légers pour certaines personnes. Par contre, le personnel fait sur demande des espressos ou cappuccino qui sont très bons. En résumé, un bon petit hôtel très bien pour un séjour de quelques nuits à Florence!

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado. Es muy limpio con buen desayuno y tiene lavandería!. Súper amable la gente que trabaja ahí. Lo súper recomiendo

The hotel was located just off the Duomo and was surrounded by all the amenities like restaurants, shops and the various tourist destinations like The David (La Accademia), the Medici palace, Uffizi museum, etc., and the many restaurants and gelaterias near by. The hotel was very clean, good size rooms, excellent AC for the heat wave we had, great quick breakfast each morning served by the wonderful Anna, plus everyone at reception desk who were very helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed. Elevator to reach rooms, etc. We would definitely return at this hotel next time in Florence!

This hotel is centrally located, which is a big plus. Major attractions were at the arm's length. Breakfast was great. However, it is a rather simple accomodation, with no Dome views and simple room settings (in pictures it looks better). This would have been all fine if not for the price I paid (way over $300 per night). The bottom line, this is a hotel worth staying if you pay somewhere in the vicinity of $200.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with great friendly staff. The continental breakfast is a welcome addition. The entrance and stairwell are a little tired, but these things are outweighed by the location and staff.
