Property was very nice and inan excellent location. Very easy to find an easy entry. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and looked like they had had a Reno. we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment would be the initial entry is very Sketchy looking and not very clean. Once you get up to the floors of the hotel, it is fine.

ZERO STARS!! This is NOT a HOTEL. They communicate via WhatsApp, quite incessantly when THEY need something. But when we lost power in our room @ 11:30pm they did not respond to multiple messages or calls. The prominent emergency number posted at the from desk is the same WhatsApp number I was using. Apparently, a much smaller sign shows a different number for emergencies. Maybe there could be a number in the rooms for emergencies... We had to sleep with the windows open, with no screens. We were eaten alive by mosquitos. The road below was very loud with street cleaners, and it was VERY HOT. We had an early flight the next morning so we packed in the dark and was unable to charge any devices. And having to use our phones for flash lights they died quickly. The next morning the "hotel" finally responded and only wanted to argue about the situation. Not even offering an apology. Miserable experience.

The staff was the best

I felt safe with their code system to come and go. The location couldn't have been better. Everything I wanted to see was in walking distance. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Walking distance to many sights. Lots of food options around- one right at the entrance of the hotel. Extremely nice receptionist. Our housekeeper, Fatima, is a very hardworking lady with a nice smile on her face. She keeps the entire floor (kitchen and sitting area/ lounge) super clean. Thank you, Fatima.

Room was lovely with opening window and small terrace with table to sit outside. Common areas available. No fridge in room but fridge available in common area. Bed super comfortable. Easy walking distance to train station and tourist area.

It’s not really a hotel, it’s a set of some hotel style rooms in an old building with no reception

Everything was excellent

I loved everything on and around this property. Sitting at the heart of that shopping district, every place I wanted to visit, was just max 15 mins walking distance.
