凯瑟琳伊丽莎白酒店 (Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

friendly staff, clean spacious room, and hotel located in an ideal location! absolutely loved my stay

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very pleasent, and accomodating. 5 stars to both. The only issue: In the order to have airconditiing on , the AC water pump has to be on, which has been very noisy. So, in the order to sleep, AC has to be off (otherwise too much noice from AC pump) , and in the summer time gets hot. Cannot open window - which is facing street - due to street noice.

Great hotel with exceptionnal location

The best location in Wien. The room was very spacious with lots of storage. Shower was large with lots of options and great pressure. Would have liked a larger in room safe, which was undersized versus the typical. It could not store a small laptop.

Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable stay.

The hotel was wonderful. the staff was helpful, they made dinner reservations for us, gave us directions and ideas and made special arrangements for us.

Wonderful location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Clean room. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Older hotel so could hear people above but no street noise at all.

This is a beautiful very well maintained boutique hotel spotlessly clean and extremely well located. the staff was friendly welcoming and very polite and professional. the rooms are large and spacious and very comfortable and I highly recommend it. I cannot find fault with it at all.

This is a hotel that goes above and beyond for its care of hotel guests. Friendly and respect and welcoming hotel reception is a huge plus.
