Best hotel we stayed at during our 3 week 12 city European trip. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic!

Great stay! Highly recommend. Room was great and staff very friendly.

Great room, so thoughtful to put me close to elevators. Very comfortable bed, wonderful shower! Quiet for working and sleeping! Breakfast was great, and lots of choices. Location perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Staff was superb! This is a quality hotel, well priced and the most comfortable that I have stayed in for a long time! I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast choices. Wonderful and friendly staff!

Above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended. Would stay again. Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again

An exceptional hotel in a perfect location! Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The staff are professional yet friendly, and extremely high standards are maintained throughout the entire hotel. It is clean, modern and it is the small thoughtful touches that complete your stay. I would highly recommend choosing the Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz for your stay in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect - the location is central, our suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was first rate, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

My wife was extremely pleased with the perfect location and accommodations. Hotel staff excellent and very helpful with answering our questions about restaurant choices and sites. Very efficient check in. Excellent breakfast. On the last day of our stay we had an early flight and much to our surprise the staff provided breakfast and snacks to take with us. What an amazingly nice and thoughtful thing, and was a reminder of just how welcoming and attentive this fine hotel is. They have really set a high standard. Well done !!

The location is excellent and the staff are superb. From the front desk/concierge to the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning members, all were attentive and friendly. Even though the hotel is right at the heart of everything, the hotel is remarkably quiet and peaceful inside.
