Gorgeous! Excellent ! great love it

Everything was above my expectations, very highly recommended hotel , good food and great service amazing shows the best show was the Freddy mercury, I will repeat this hotel

Nuestra estadía en Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana superó por completo todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Cada empleado nos atendió con amabilidad, profesionalismo y calidez que realmente marcaron la diferencia. Nos encantaría mencionar: a Yafreisy nuestro anfitrión, Daniela y Felix en el Lazy River, Emilia de Oceana, Ramoncito de la Riviera Buffet, Miguelina del Coco Café y Johenny del Himitsu. Las instalaciones son espectaculares: el hotel es hermoso, impecablemente limpio y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Cada espacio transmite tranquilidad, lujo y comodidad, convirtiéndolo en el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. La comida fue otro de los grandes puntos a destacar. Cada restaurante ofrecía una excelente variedad de platos, ingredientes frescos y sabores deliciosos. El servicio fue, sin duda, uno de los aspectos más memorables. Todo el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, atentos a cada detalle y haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Si estás buscando un lugar donde realmente te consientan, con un ambiente hermoso, excelente gastronomía, shows dinámicos y un servicio de primera, Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana es una elección que vale totalmente la pena. Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia perfecta e inolvidable.

Food was just okay

LA ATENCION Y EL SERVICIO DEL MAYORDOMO BRYAN. Y DE LOS CHICOS DEL BAR QUE TE HACEN SENTIR COMO EN CASA: OBISPO, WINTER, NATHANAEL, ROSA Y FANILUZ.

Was a good vacation. Our butler Diany was excellent! If you are someone who is looking to party and get drunk everyday this is not the place for you. A more mature crowd with mature fun!

Overall nice place to stay, very quiet and relaxing. More for older crowds

Thank you for the amazing vacation for our family! This was seriously one our most memorable vacations ever (and we travel at least 2/3 times a year for the past 20 years). The hotel was spectacular, our suites very comfortable, the restaurants diverse and high quality as well as the drinks. But the best part was the staff: Daniela and Felix by the private pool area made every day absolutely amazing! We are definitely coming back… thank you for all the beautiful memories!

The resort was beautiful. But we paid to upgrade and we noticed that there were sometimes where people that didn’t upgrade just walked in. Also, our room was on the third floor and pretty far from everything. Also, we were basically forced into listening to a timeshare. We thought it was part of the upgrade that we had to speak to someone and come to find out, It was one of those timeshare people. I do not like that they do this. I asked for spa information and got timeshare information to get free spa.

Staff very welcoming would definitely go back.
